Overview of the Video
During a "training session," the President of the company welcomes new and existing employees, including those who hope to be supervisors. He explains the 1998 Supreme Court rulings related to sexual harassment. Before the Human Resources personnel continues the training session, the President declares that the organization will not tolerate any kind of discrimination including harassment, sexual harassment and retaliation.
