With 15 years of professional Human Resource (HR) Management and Organization Development (OD) experience, Marigrace has led major programs and transformation initiatives. Her passion is eliminating barriers to performance by generating systems and processes that make workplaces profitable, productive, and enlivening to human values and endeavor. She utilizes contemporary practices to build cultures of intent for client organizations using tools such as: various assessments, analyses, management plans, coaching, training, progressive capability-building paths, and metric dashboards.

In applying her HR management and OD expertise, she focuses on strategic business and leadership alignment and management, talent development, and employee relations and engagement.
