Ana serves as Vice President of Assessment and Executive Consultant who brings a global perspective focused on business results, is strategic in thinking, and is committed to maximizing human potential across organizations. She is considered a thought leader in the field of organizational development, in particular diversity, inclusion and cultural intelligence.
Ana brings an integrated perspective to all clients and has more than 15 years of corporate experience working with C-suite executive management of Fortune 500 companies as a management consultant, strategist, marketing and training professional. She has consulted with a wide variety of corporations, government agencies and non-profit organizations nationwide in the areas of higher education, healthcare, advertising and media, financial services and manufacturing. She has developed and overseen programs for Perrigo, Blue Cross Blue Shield, GlaxoSmithKline, Lapiz USA, AstraZeneca, and SourceAmerica (Federal Agency) and the Michigan Department of Education.
Ana has developed comprehensive enterprise-wide solutions that address strategic business objectives and competitive goals through the formulation of Diversity & Inclusion strategic plans for a wide variety of industries in the commercial and non-profit arenas. She supports all strategic initiatives with comprehensive research, in-depth corporate assessment, detailed analysis and evaluation, recommendations of actionable metrics to track corporate performance and results, and guidance of implementation. She has conducted primary (including focus groups) and secondary research, presented results and recommendations to client leadership and senior management, and has been an integral partner in implementing and monitoring solutions.
Prior to her present role, Ana was a Vice President for Commercial Banking, Wells Fargo—Los Angeles where she was responsible for research and strategic market development of the Bank’s Southern California Ethnic Market Lending Program; in addition, she was Marketing/Training Manager at Steelcase Financial and Assistant Brand Manager for Turnstone Division of Steelcase. She is bi-literate and bilingual in English and Spanish. She is a Board Trustee for Ferris State University and serves on various philanthropic boards.
Ana is a graduate of the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business (MBA-Finance) and the University of Michigan (BA Spanish & Linguistics). She also studied at the Ibero-Americana University in Mexico City, Mexico.
