We provide third-party, objective telephone complaint/observation in-take, counseling, reporting, and support services. We can assess client culture, conduct telephone interview/survey, and provide retention interviews.


We can also conduct post exit interviews, including those in Spanish. We can review your policies and procedures, and provide feedback.
